Porter/Cleaner at Alta Via Ristorante

Coming Soon! Alta Via is opening a second location in Market Square (Fall 2023).  Alta Via is inspired by the fresh cuisine and active lifestyle of California wine country and the Italian Alps. The menu is built around handmade pasta and grilled meats. Vegetable-forward recipes embrace sustainable sourced ingredients and fresh, clean flavors.

The Cleaner/Porter is responsible for cleaning the restaurant facility, including but not limited to: dining rooms, floors, carpeting, restrooms, kitchen equipment, and large public areas. Reports to the General Manager and the Kitchen Manager as needed.

Responsibilities Include:
- Keeping all kitchen work surfaces (counters, sinks, stoves, walls) clean and sanitized.
- Sweeping and mopping floors.
- Taking out the garbage.
- Thoroughly cleaning the restrooms. 

The Ideal Candidate:
- Must pass a background check.
- Can work independently with little supervision. 
- Must be at least 16 years old.
