We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our Estragon team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. We are a small staff that values intelligence, wit, humility and charisma.
Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not essential.
Knowledge of food/wine/cocktails is a plus.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests and team members.
Honesty, trustworthiness, kindness and a sense of humor are must-have qualities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail (multi-tasking).
Some knowledge of Spanish is helpful but not required.
